Daisy’s day; Celebrating a worthy friend

Friends are the relatives we create and in Daisy,I have a great and worthy sister.

We were at School together and the first day that I saw her was when she had come to check on Bonnie a friend at Elite Hostel, that was the time I saw Sandra as well. Daisy and fashion can’t be separated, some folks used to say that she never changed a cloth as in rebounding. School got done and life ghosted us.

When I fell ill, Joan and the Kasujja’s came and visited me,by then, they were boyfriend and girlfriend. I at the time had showed significant strides to which Daisy said, Roland I hope you dance at our kasiki   that was a powerful and positive hope but looking at the song,it was a philosophical message to me as well.

4th August was the day that the Kasujjas made vows before the Lord and they became one.

When I was young, I used to admire intelligent people but as I grew older my admiration waned as I found kind people more gracious and admirable. Most intelligent people talk to me in their free time, kind people free their time to talk to me. The Kasujjas freed their time to check on me some times back and we talked life and living it .

Every time I call Daisy, the first line of the conversation is how are you and how is Andrew,then I go to the little bosses then we talk work and perspective on life. Daisy is a fine conversationalist,her perspective on life is at another level. Daisy has insights on life and growing up.

Daisy is a very kind human, recently she did write a heartfelt message titled,Rolandism and wow, I was lost for words.

In Andrew,I found a brother. Dear Daisy you are a good person and good people are celebrated, today is your birthday and I celebrate you, Happy birthday to you, Asante should sing you a nice song. May life continue being kind to you and May God direct your path. You are loved and celebrated. I could have called you to say Happy Birthday but that’s not enough,in my world you deserve such a celebration.
