I have always believed in social entrepreneurship and identifying with good causes. In perfect health, I used to identify with 40 days over 40 smiles Foundation headed by the amazing Esther Kalenzi the causes would varry but all would be geared at supporting the vulnerable children in support of their education, learning outcome and treatment for those that can barely afford it. I attended several of the 40/40 events and I remember hoops for Grace was an event at which we registered a team to participate in a basketball tournament.

I have always believed in crowd funding and no wonder a fundraiser for my rehabilitation was started after I got Ill. 40days over 40 smiles Foundation has impacted lives of over 3000 underprivileged children and their model of funding is from people like you yes you the reader. Esther and the team have come up with an initiative where you can part with a donation as low Ugx 10,000/$3 per month towards the fund and if you have always wanted to help or partner with a homegrown iniative, then in 40 days over 40 smiles Foundation, you have the answer. One is able to see where their funds are going and what they have done. All you have to do is sign up here and you will have greatly impacted the learning outcome of a vulnerable child. Giving is not about the money you have but it is about the heart/compassion towards the cause. Let me hope that you sign up and help better a little one’s education
